About David

David chose the field of architecture as a profession that combined many of his personal interests such as the Visual Arts, Architectural History, and Construction and Material Sciences.

He received his training at Churchill and Associates. As someone who lived and grew up in the Bay Area, David knows the meaning of "Bay Area Architecture", including:

the direct relationship to the outdoors, the site and the lifestyles of out-door living;
the importance of the site and how the architecture relates to and takes advantage of the site’s unique features however rural, suburban or urban, no matter what the challenges (Views, orientation, natural features, privacy, access, etc.);
incorporating the qualities of California and Bay Area Architecture into the design of the project—especially when referencing historical styles;
and an enduring and unyielding commitment to quality with an unsurpassed attention to detail.
